Cape League 2019 Internships

The Cape Cod Baseball League is now accepting applications for 2019 summer internships!  Our interns receive valuable experience in a wide variety of fields while also enjoying a fun and relaxed atmosphere on Cape Cod during the summer.  We are currently seeking interns for the 2019 Season in the following roles:

Social Media Manager: Our social media manager will work directly with the Public Relations Director to create next-level content for social, working to increase followers, engage fans and followers in conversation online, and strengthen the our brand online.  Interns will help to manage the CCBL's Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, accounts — as well as the creation of custom Snapchat geofilters.  

Journalist / Beat-writer:  The CCBL reporter cover the Cape League, and write 1-2 stories for Capecodbaseball.org each week.  Interns will be encouraged to cover stories that interest them, and they will work directly with the Public Relations Director to get their stories out to the public.  Journalism and english majors with baseball knowledge are preferred.  

Public Relations Coordinator: The CCBL Public Relations coordinator will work directly with the Director of Public Relations and serve as a liaison between the CCBL and the media and fans.  Interns will be responsible for producing press releases and media outreach material, connecting with local, regional, and national media outlets, and publicizing CCBL events.

Photographers / Videographers / Designers:  Developing high quality content is incredibly important part of the Cape League Brand.  Interns will use their skills to communicate the personality, emotion and value of the Cape League to a national audience.
