Cotuit Kettleers Will Broadcast Playoff Game Live

COTUIT -- If Elizabeth Lowell Park is too crowded today when the Wareham Gatemen visit the Cotuit Kettleers in the first of the best-of-three Divisional Playoffs, just tune in.

Thanks to Team Line, the Cotuit Kettleers will broadcast the first home game of the playoffs from Lowell Park when the game begins at 3 p.m. (Thursday, Aug. 8).

Fans may listen to the play-by-play action for free, via the Kettleers official web site at www.kettleers.org. Game two of the Divisional playoffs, set for 7 p.m. at Wareham's Clem Spillane Field, will also be carried as a live on-air broadcast via the official web site of the Wareham Gatemen at www.gatemen.org.

Cotuit General Manager Bruce Murphy said his team will use the playoff game broadcasts as an indicator for future broadcasts via the internet and the team's web site. "We may broadcast future playoff home games, depending how this one works," Murphy said.
