July 11th CCBL Recap

Yarmouth-Dennis (14-8-4): 1
Brewster (6-18-3): 6

After scoring one in the first inning, Brewster put up another four in the third to take a commanding 5-0 lead. In the third, Cameron Eden hit a bases clearing double to drive in three of the four scored in the inning. Brewster’s pitching was phenomenal, giving up one run in the top of the ninth on four hits. After struggling in the first half of the season, the Whitecaps look to have found a groove.
