Ballplayers, coaches, umpires, medical staff and broadcasting interns involved with the CCBL must be vaccinated to participate, with exceptions for those with health conditions or religious reasons. The folks who have been exempt will be masked. All parties are also being tested for COVID 19 on a bi-weekly basis, and weekly for those with exceptions. Volunteers and scouts will not receive testing, but vaccination is required.

Due to Massachusetts fully reopening on May 29 with all industry restrictions lifted, the number of spectators allowed at a Cape League game will not be limited! Fans who have been vaccinated can go maskless. Unvaccinated fans are strongly encouraged to mask up.

We ask everyone to be responsible at the field and practice safe social distancing. There will be signage posted at ballparks with additional safety recommendations.  Spectators should remain off of the playing field at all times.  If fans are interacting with ballplayers and coaches following the game we ask that you please wear a mask.

With local board of health approval, ballpark concession stands with operate normally. Employees will be masked and gloved to prevent possible contamination. The CCBL is excited to welcome fans back to the ballpark this summer. Enjoy!
