T-Mobile Player of the Week - Week Three Trevor Werner (Texas A&M) of the Brewster Whitecaps has been named the T-Mobile Player of the week. Werner slashed .391/.423/.696 for a 1.119 OPS in 23 at-bats. Throughout the week, Werner tallied four doubles, one home run, and 10 RBI, and two stolen bases in his six games played throughout the week. This week for Werner was highlighted by a 4-5 performance against Falmouth on Friday. In that game, Werner hit two doubles, scored one run, and drove in one. He also had a 2-3 performance with two doubles against Chatham on June 25th. He tallied three multi-hit games throughout the week. |
